Mission and Plans
Ally’s House has been established to help Oklahoma kids with cancer and their families. Donations will be used to help these families through this difficult journey. Some of the needs are:
- Medical expenses
- Travel expenses
- Clothing & groceries
- Short-term housing
- Overdue bills
- Prescriptions
- Hospice care
- Funeral expenses
Citizens can donate many things to help the kids
& families, such as:
- Pre-paid phone cards
- Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club gift cards
- New toys
- New jackets/hats
- Amusement park tickets
- Restaurant gift certificates
- Computer/video games
- Color books & art supplies
- New Backpacks & tote bags
- New stuffed animals
- Kids videos/DVD’s for various age groups
In addition to helping these families financially, Ally’s House will host events to bring happiness to these children, and to brighten their day. Anticipated coming events include:
- Ice cream sundae parties
- Toy drives/giveaways
- Arts & Crafts parties
- Concerts/Music events
- Amusement Park trips
- Picnic
